Returns/Exchanges/Store Credits


Onlineformals offers exchanges/store credits (valid for a 1-year period) if the conditions below are met.


You must e-mail us at returns@onlineformals.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and request an Exchange Authorization number. The subject must read EAN Request. You must state the reason for your request in the message.

Your request will be reviewed and - if valid- you will be issued an Exchange Authorization Number.

After receiving your Exchange Authorization number you must mail the merchandise back within 3 days. *Please write your EAN number on the outside of the box.

The merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with all tags, hangers and receipts enclosed. *We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your returned shipment.

It is strongly suggested that you use UPS or Federal Express and ship your parcel fully insured. The United States Postal Service (Post Office) doesn't provide a point to point tracking service and it not recommended.

Upon receipt we will carefully inspect the merchandise for signs of wear to include: tears, snags, stains and odors. If the merchandise is damaged in any way it will be sent back at the buyers expense.

If the merchandise is received in new condition (as when shipped) we will honor an exchange and/or issue a store credit minus shipping fees.

Store credits are valid for a period of one year from your original date of purchase. Your invoice number will serve as your voucher to redeem the credit.


To redeem your store credit simply give us a call toll free at 888-280-4179 or e-mail us at info@onlineformals.com (have your invoice ID ready)

Any items sent back without and Exchange Authorization Number will be sent back at the buyers expense.

The following items do not apply to this policy and are non- returnable: Bridal Gowns, Clearance Items, Shoes, Jewelry and Undergarments.

This policy is valid for only ONE Exchange/Store Credit.

-There is a $35.00 Exchange/Shipping Fee that will be charged when we process your exchange. This fee covers our shipping fees of your new gown from the manufacturer to our store and shipping from our store to your destination. If you need a more expedited method of shipment please contact our office for an express shipping price quote.

Payment Policy:
Online Site Checkout

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Money Orders or Personal Checks through our secure site checkout.


Customers may also checkout through Paypal or Google. These payment methods accept Visa, MC, Discover or American Express.


Phone Checkout

Customers that would like to place their orders via phone we are able to manually process orders using Visa, MC, Discover or Electronic Check.

Shipping Policy:
All in-stock merchandise will ship within 1-2 business days. Merchandise that is not in stock will be special ordered from the manufacturer. Once received it will ship out to the customer within 1-2 business days. (Several manufacturer's drop ship - meaning they will ship the order direct to you) in this instance you will be notified via e-mail and e-mailed and/or sent a copy of your receipt.
We are aware of customer wear dates and ask that you provide the exact wear date in your order. This information enables us to determine whether or not we can get the merchandise and deliver it to you by your specified time frame.

This fee covers our shipping costs associated with your new gown. If you need a more expedited method of shipment, please contact us for an express shipping price quote.

Store credits are valid for a period of one year from your original date of purchase. We will provide your store credit code via email. To redeem your store credit simply use the code at checkout when purchasing your new item.

Items purchased using a store credit are not returnable, meaning that once you receive your replacement item(s), it cannot be returned.

Any items sent back without a RA number will be sent back at the buyers expense.

A: Your privacy is important to us. Under no circumstances will Onlineformals, its employees, affiliates or subsidiaries share your personal information with any third parties for the purposes of marketing or solicitation. Your personal information will be held in the strictest of confidence and only used to process your online transaction that you place through the use of our site or via phone with one of our customer service representatives.
Low Price Guarantee
Q: What is your Low Price Guarantee?
A: Should you find a lower price on the exact same item we carry in our online store - we will meet the price plus 5 percent. This applies only to in stock, non-sale, non-clearance merchandise from an authorized retailer.

The price must be verifiable by providing us with the URL of the exact same item being offered at a lower cost.

The Internet site must also have the companies full contact information clearly posted to include: Company Name, Address and Phone Number. There have been several reports of bogus/scam sites. Onlineformals.com is an Authorized verifiable retailer for each line we carry.

This offer does not apply to previously purchased merchandise and can't be combined with any current promotions.
